Employment Contracts

After 8 weeks employment all staff are required to be issued with a Contract of Employment, which details their Terms and Conditions. We will ensure that your contracts conform to Employment Legislation and are suited to your business needs.

If you are an employer, you must issue a ‘written statement of employment particulars’ setting out some of your main terms.

You must give this to your employee within two months of them starting work.

The statement must include:

  • pay
  • hours of work
  • holiday entitlement
  • sick pay arrangements
  • notice periods
  • information about disciplinary and grievance procedures

Stewart and Baker Limited will produce quality bespoke individual contracts of employment to suit your business needs for only £60 + Vat each.

These contracts will be complete with nothing further for you to do but to get your employee to sign it.

They will not be templates that are generic not specific and leave you with all of the work to do.
